Welcome to Sportivo. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, bookings, and services related to sports rehabilitation, massage therapy, and personal training.

By using Sportivo, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and comply with the standards of the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators (BASRaT).

1. Acceptance of Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

• You agree to follow all applicable laws and provide accurate information about your health, injuries, and rehabilitation needs.

2. Professional Standards

• Practitioners follow the BASRaT Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

• All services are delivered with professionalism, respect, confidentiality, and clinical governance.

• We operate within sports rehabilitation, sports massage, and personal training.

• If your needs fall outside our scope, we will refer you to another healthcare provider.

3. Health Disclaimer

• Our services are evidence-based but do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment by a GP or specialist.

• Services should not be the sole basis for medical decisions.

• You must disclose your full medical history, injuries, medications, and any changes in your health.

• By booking, you confirm you have consulted your GP (if necessary) and that it is safe for you to take part.

• In emergencies, call 999 immediately.

4. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, email, or phone.

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 33.3% is required to secure an appointment. This is deducted from the final fee.

• Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit.

• Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice results in deposit loss.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice will result in the full fee being charged.

• Rescheduling: Allowed once with 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Further changes may require a new deposit.

  
  

5. Consent to Treatment

By using our services, you:

• Provide informed consent to receive rehabilitation, massage therapy, or personal training.

• Understand that while we aim to deliver safe and effective care, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

• Accept that treatment may be stopped if it becomes unsafe or inappropriate.

• Retain the right to withdraw consent at any time.

  
  

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• We handle personal and health data in line with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and BASRaT standards.

• Data Collection: Used only to provide safe and effective care.

• Data Security: Stored securely and confidentially.

• Third-Party Disclosure: Not sold or shared for marketing. Shared only with your consent or when legally required.

7. Payments & Billing

• We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

• A 33.3% deposit must be paid at booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the appointment.

• Payments are final and non-refundable once services are provided, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days by contacting us at info@sportivo.uk

8. Limitation of Liability

• We take reasonable care in providing services but are not liable for injuries, complications, or losses unless due to proven negligence.

• You accept the risks associated with physical rehabilitation, exercise, and manual therapy.

• We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or actions of third parties beyond our control.

9. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time.

• Updates will be posted on our website with the new "Last Updated" date.

• Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
